As the Webmaster for Club Med’s e-commerce websites in the USA, Mexico, and Canada, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure optimal site performance and user experience. My role involved designing custom landing pages that effectively promoted Club Med’s offerings, troubleshooting and resolving bugs to maintain site functionality, and managing content updates to keep the sites current in English, Spanish, and French. I also implemented SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive traffic, while continuously refining the site’s design to align with brand standards and improve user engagement. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless and engaging online experience for customers across North America.
